Playing Rules Generally, each of the divisions or leagues follow normal baseball rules. However, National Little League has several rules specific to Little League and in some cases we have voted to adjust the rules, within the guidelines allowed by National Little League, to best fit our mission. We call these rules “Home Rules.”
