Board Meeting Dates and Location

Board Meetings are open to the public and all are welcome.

During the off-season (September through February), Board Meetings are held at 7:30pm on the first Tuesday of every month.

During the season (March through June), Board Meetings are held at 7:30pm (in March) or 8:00pm (in April, May and June) on the first and third Tuesday of March, April, May and June. 

There are no meetings in July & August

Meetings are held at:

Charles River Arc (The Paul D. Merritt Center)
59 East Militia Heights Drive

Take Dwight Rd. off of Central Ave (near Nehoiden St.), follow to the top of the hill and take a right,  the building is on the right.
 

How to become a Regular Member of Needham Little League

Only Regular Members are eligible to be elected to the Board of Directors.  Any adult person actively interested in furthering the objectives of Needham Little League may become a Regular Member by completing 5 hours of volunteer service to the League and attending 2 Board Meetings within 12 months prior to the election of the Board of Directors.  To register to be a Regular Member give your name to the Secretary of the League at your first board meeting.  Managing/coaching a team automatically fulfills the volunteer service requirement.  Therefore, existing managers/coaches need only attend the two required board meetings to attain Regular Member status.

The Board of Directors is responsible for the management of the property and affairs of the league.

Board elections occur at the October Board Meeting each year.
