Time: 9:00AM-3:00PM **Extended Day 3:00PM-5:00PM**
Cost: $395.00: Extended Day (3PM-5PM) $100.00
Ages: 6 years old to 12 years old
** Players are broken up into age groups and play and practice within age group**
**Coach to player ratio: 1 coach to every 8 players **
Camp Philosophy:
BIRDBALL Baseball Camps provides a fun learning environment for all of our campers while teaching the fundamentals of baseball. We promote, develop and assist in the development of each camper in all aspects in the game for children between the ages of 6 and 12. We accommodate players of all ability levels from the novice player to the more advanced youth player. Our program stresses and develops the qualities of citizenship, discipline, integrity, courage, teamwork and physical well-being. Through our program campers will not only enjoy themselves but they will be building skills that will help them achieve their goals and thrive, both as teammates and as citizens.
Facilities:
The Brighton Baseball Field at the Harrington Athletics Village opened its doors in mid-March 2018, giving the Boston College baseball program a new home on Boston College’s Brighton Campus.
The new field is equipped with AstroTurf Diamond Series to allow the campers to play all summer long regardless of weather. The stadium features 4 full size batting cages facilities perfect for hitting instructions.
In the event of rain Boston College will have access to the Pete Frates Center Baseball Performance Center to allow for the day of baseball instruction to continue rain or shine.
